Take this location off the pickup list. I tried to do the 24/7 pickup because my flight was getting in late, but the computer system didn't have the keybox codes. The convenience store at the location was closed up tight, so no help. Customer service took 45 minutes of hold just to reach a person, then another 10 minutes to find the codes. I voted to go back to my condo and try again in the morning, especially since darkness had fallen and folks kept walking by, offering assistance by way of lude suggestions and drug availability. The next morning I get to the location, try the codes to release the keys and the locks on the box were almost rusted shut. Store is still closed. I manage to get the locks open with the help of my UBER driver who did not feel comfortable leaving me alone in this neighborhood. No keys in any of the 3 lockboxes. Customer service called again, local schedulers trying to contact store owners. I have now spent an hour at the location with no keys to the uhaul and my hired movers were now waiting at my condo, on the clock, not able to do work for me because I am now waiting on a locksmith to come cut a key for the truck. Apparently there weren't any 15 foot trucks available so I couldn't just try another location. I was cheated out of a day of my rental because I couldn't get access. My movers got paid for an hour and a half of time without having to work. And to top it off, the furniture pads and dollies I rented from uhaul were not in the truck, at all.Amanda A.

The drop off location was as bad as the pick-up location was perfect. It was soo bad I had to ask the guy behind the counter, at the run-down convenience, to turn down the TV so i could hear what he was saying. He only turned it down one click and it was still very hard to hear what he was saying. It is also the first time I ever had to disconnect the trailer myself, He had me park the trailer across the street and he never came over to check it out. I was dressed for work with a tie on and had to kneel down, disconnect the chains, trailer lights and the ball hitch. it was horrible.David S.

The gentleman assisting me with the trailer was very nice, however I had to wait for about ten minutes before he arrived. He was having difficulty with the computer system causing more delays. Took about 30 minutes before we finally went out to connect the trailer. At first he attempted to tighten the hitch connection when it wasn't seated over the ball. I noticed this then assisted him in getting it completely on the ball. He then. Connected to the chains full length and they were dragging the ground. I had to show him how to twist them to shorten them. Unfortunately I didn't double check that the trailer was secured to the hitch, and when I hit a bump a few miles away the trailer came off the hitch. Luckily this was at a slow speed and unloaded. I recommend training for this location for the safety of others that may rent here.Steven J.

It took over an hour to pick up the trailer. The clerk was also a checkout clerk for the co-located convenience store. Every time a customer came in to the convenience store, he proceeded to help the other customer instead of completing the rental transaction. This happened no less than 20 times.William M.

This entire place is shady and the uhaul dealer here is the rudest I have ever dealt with. It took over an hour to pick up the truck and took just as long to drop the truck off. The dealer did not communicate anything he was doing and ran the wrong credit card then tried to blame me because he had to call the uhaul corporate to fix the problem. I have used uhaul more than 10 times in the past and I promise you I will not ever use them again.christina H.

the location is a convenience store is a seedy part of town. One employee and it took 2 hours between the guy serving the folks coming in to buy beer and trying to figure out how to work the u-haul program on the computer.david M.
I was at this location for over a hour trying to rent the truck. The awaiting attendant was very poorly trained and didn't know how to process my reservation. He admitted he was not properly trained. I had to make several calls myself to get traffic unit to complete the rental. It was not a good experience.FREDDIE W.
