The U-Haul App is abysmal. I reserved my van online but was unable to use the app the complete the pickup and finally gave up and went into the office to rent all over again. It is not the first time that I have struggled to do anything at all with the iPhone app. It is apalling and unusable. I've rented from U-Haul probably 7 times in the last 24 months and I think only once been able to do anything with the iPhone app. It is annoying and frustrating. I won't bother next time.GARY H.

The truck was horrible door panel was cracked. Headliner was falling down and coming apart the emergency brake wouldn't work the truck had several different areas on it that were damaged. The dolly was not tightened down properly so it come loose and broke the security tie. Also the online check in was awful I was supposed to get the truck around 630 it was after 7 before I could even leave the store. Had to submit my photos several times. And talk to customer service they took along time to verify it. Absolutely a horrible experience. Checking the truck back in was not as bad but the guy working was not helpful he didn't know what to doJon M.

Everything was fine. Now the moving company needs a better system for when you go over your allotted time, you shouldn't have to pay them cash when you paid them up front with a credit card. It should be an added charge to your credit card. I don't carry cash, because I was robbed before.BRENDA L.

Make sure no accidents with losing keys next time ðŸ˜‰ We were accidentally charged a day for a check in mishap but was quickly reversed by Jeffrey Porter minutes after speaking with him. The check in employee was super nice! Quick with the drop off process.. We also returned the truck wiped down with Lysol wipes and in much better condition than pick up, they seemed thankful for the effort. We will definitely rent from this location if we ever need to!!Eric M.

Because the equipment contract stated that the 15-foot truck I rented had to be returned with a fuel level halfway between 3/4- and 7/8-full, I took extra care in being sure that U went a bit above and beyond that requirement by returning it between 7/8 and full. My fuel cost at the pump came to $35 for 11.55 gallons and I chose the least expensive grade. I drove the truck a total of 26 miles. What's the fuel efficiency of the truck?CHRISTOPHER B.

I have got to say, this was my first U-Haul experience. Moving out of State was a scary ordeal. I have never done it and only had myself, my Sister and my Brother in law to help. The only problem I had was there was a couple of weeks when I couldn’t get in because I thought I’d lost my key and I couldn’t find what I needed to unlock my lock.
