When I showed up I had to walk all around to find the guy to help me.. the pickup has I wanna say soda or something sticky inside all over... when I reserved my Rental the website said there is a sale going on and yet I was charged full price... this is my 5th time renting a pickup while out of state and this time I didn't like itGeorge B.

Truck drove horrible. Customer service was very rude to me despite the fact my reservation was changed causing a big inconvenience. No one was able to help me or give reasonable resolution. Spent 200 more in gas due to my truck size being changed to a 26ft. Very unpleasant experience.Terry M.

I was sent to a UHaul that was 45 minutes from my location for a truck that I saw sitting in the local UHaul about a half mile house and in two other locations that I passed on the way. I feel it was a way to charge me more for the mileage than the truck rent itself. I may consider another company in the future.David C.

I hate to give a low rating because the counter guy was fantastic BUT there was no ramp on the UHAUL and that caused half of my stuff to be broken due to trying to lift them UP TO THE TRUCK. I had a domestic situation- he was in jail while I got my kids and left. We had only me (5'2" 125 lbs) and my 17 yr old son - lifting everything without a ramp. Now I have no washer or dryer (they broke trying to lift), my dresser, shelves, and furniture - and we don't have money to replace any of these items. What use was the dolly I paid extra for if there is no truck ramp? Plus I was charged extra mileage, and $75 in gas.Jenifer G.

I have used this UHAUL store many times, my first complaint. I registered online, arrived by 8:30 and app would not work, not the only one, I asked one of the workers their if he could help â€œ he wouldn't â€œ, I had to wait till the door open even though your men were outside working the trucks. Once inside gentleman in front of me finally decided to cancel his order completely, by the time I did all the paper work etc I lost almost a hour and I had people waiting since 8:30 to work, and in top of that was told I had only 4 hrs to bring back not the 5 requested. I had to borrow a pick up truck next weekend to finish the move I didn't have time to do with time cut short. Very very disappointed. May change to Budget going forward.WANDA R.

Office hours were convenient, but not always staffed to help. 3-4 guys in bay area while customers waited in store for help. Or, 2-3 guys helping with rental jobs, but no one manning the store. However, I know help is hard to come by, but when you have 3-4 guys in the garage or 3guys helping with a rental truck while regular paying customers are sitting inside waiting for help, it gets annoying. However, guys were always helpful and pleasant when you finally got service. I just want to go back in time when ppl who paid monthly for services got customer service within a reasonable time (is 15 mins too much to ask when 3-4 ppl are with someone else, and you're left standing with no help?marilee d. | Overall Experience

The front desk assistant, who I believe was the manager working the day I rented the pick up truck was very nice and helpful. However, upon returning the truck, early in fact, the man checking me in was extremely rude and unhelpful. Threated to charge me a cleaning fee because he had to wipe some dirt out of the floor mats (its a pick-up truck), to charging me more than was I was quoted to arguing with me about the price. We won't rent a pick up from Uhaul again.Rebecca M.
The vehicle was unsafe. I submitted a request and never heard from anyone. The windshield wipers were unusable. The rubber was falling off them and made it unsafe in wet conditions. In addition the passenger side mirror wouldn't stay in one position. I was only able to see out of one side of the truck.ADAM P.

Make sure information given by the 1800 number is transmitted to the location of rental so that pricing is set on what is told. I was told my extension would result in NO extra charges, and was then charged double, which in turn overdrafted my account. I was issued a refund but told I had to eat my overdraft fee due to a mistake made by uhaul. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. However, the staff at the location I used was super helpful, friendly and professional, even when confronted about my double charge after being told I wouldn't be.Ethan W.

The only problem I had was there was a couple of weeks when I couldn’t get in because I thought I’d lost my key and I couldn’t find what I needed to unlock my lock. First, they gave me a unit that already had someone elses belongings inside and then issued me a new storage space. THAT space was empty, but they forgot to add that to my account so they locked my box up. Had to chat with them about that issue for nearly a half hour trying to get THAT squared away. Then the truck I rented to haul my toolbox had a door that kept popping open, and if it wasnt for a friendly driver on the road, I could have spilled everything out that wasnt tied down and/or killed someone. Truck had a cracked windscreen. Not a biggie, but I had to explain it away after the fact. After that, they neglected to close my account when I returned the vehicle as the unit was now empty. The overhead door/garage door was bent and off the track at the bottom. It got to the point that I could not open it all the way up, nor could I close it. I complained and a member of the staff worked on it and got it closed. I returned several days later and the door was still bent and water was dripping down on my quilting machine. During our near 2 month stay, we caught one roach, which is not bad at all, but also caught one mouse, which I'm glad the wife didn't see. While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn’t seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I’ve used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying “they don’t prorate.” It’s frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left.
