James KDolly that I reserved was apparently not available. Customer service associate was rude. I was charged an entire second day after keeping the equipment for 3 extra hours late at night. Never going here again.

WAYNE TCharged my credit card $130. for a missing antenna, but offered no evidence that it was either missing prior to my rental, or was removed by an employee after I dropped of the vehicle. Attendant simply said 'if you give me your key, we'll email your receipt,' rather than offering to review the return with me; it was slow there at the time of drop off, with at least five employees standing there, so no reason he could not have gone over the vehicle with me. I returned to discuss with the manager, Xavier, and he was rude and sarcastic. I will not ever use this facility again, and will recover my money through legal channels.

Howard KOverall a very good experience. The truck itself had a driver door that would not close all the way and made some odd noises, when turning at slow speeds.

I reserved on line and my information was there and ready when I showed up. Overall an excellent experience. Will use this facility again.

Jennifer BWe reserved several dollies and furniture movers that would assist with our move. When we arrived at the location to pick up our truck and materials, they didn't have the things we requested. I would have appreciated a call in advance so we could make other arrangements. This greatly complicated our move as we were counting on those pieces that we reserved and were told were available.

Michael HI was pleased with my experience as far as the rental van is concerned. It was unfortunate but I had asked for a furniture dolly or a hand truck on my online reservation, when I got there, they said that they were out of both things. They instead told me that I would get furniture pads which were included in the original $116 quote I was given. The furniture pads were not included in the van and I was charged for the furniture pads at $10. I would love it if you guys would be able to reimburse me for the furniture pads which I never got. Kathleen FCheck in guy was very nice. Everything with the UHaul truck went smoothly. Filled up my tank back to initial level and returned it. Then received an extra “fuel surcharge” that increased my initial estimate. I called to ask why since I had filled the tank back up and after 5 minutes of them “checking on it”, they refunded the charge. I would like to assume it was an honest mistake but hard to trust that it isn’t one of those things that will scam many customers if they don’t carefully check their final receipt. First time using this location in Malvern and will look elsewhere for future needs. Customer beware!

John Idropped off after hours
Benjamin MI arrived just before 9AM on Sunday for my truck pickup. The office person arrived at 9:15 and opened the door at 9:20. Office was supposed to open at 9:00. I was second in line. 5-6 people behind me. It took him 20 minutes to process the first person because they couldn't hook up to the flatbed trailer they rented. So it was at 45 minutes until I was processed and got the key to my truck. Very frustrating because I had my nephews waiting at my house to help move stuff. Also, no personal car parking at this location.

BRIAN MI think the kid at the desk was high. He had his head on the desk as he talked with me, and watched videos on his phone during our conversation. He did at least eventually take his earbuds out, to answer a question. I also reserved a dolly. I arrived to discover they didn’t actually have one. I’d planned to use this for my move and it was much more difficult without it, but I was on a tight deadline. I paid to rent blankets, too, but none were included. Both of these things resulted in some damage to my furniture. Pretty bad experience overall.

NICOLE KThe trailer I rented was in decent shape, and everything went well. My only improvement comment is that the ratchets for the wheel straps were stiff and needed lubrication. I sprayed them with WD-40 and suggest this step for the future.

The back units butt against woods and so I think water and pests can enter unit. We incurred more than $500 of damages as a result.

I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake. When I arrived for the move, he changed the units close to the U-Boxes. Thank you Zach!

The person behind the counter had very little interest in helping me, claiming “I only deal with truck rentals and the person in charge of storage units left an hour ago so you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. I had no interest in returning the next day. This was at 6pm when the app said the office is open until 7pm. He begrudgingly let me borrow scissors to cut the zip tie. It’s unfortunate that this person either dislikes his job or dislikes people, or both. But the in-person customer experience was not at all good.

Also, unit had a rodent problem. Dead mice, droppings, and tons of acorns/ food brought in. 3 couches (trashed), upright kawai piano moisture damaged (trashed),mid century desk water damaged (trashed), two full sized oriental rugs, mildewed and rodent damaged(trashed). Spent a lot of money storing items with value for resale, only to have it all damaged. Waste of time/money/and effort, all to be strung along by Repwest insurance. Issue is still not resolved.

I recommend that future customers to store items in plastic/rubber containers if you're using an outdoor storage.

The most difficult part was closing out the contract, I got everything out one evening after hours and then couldn’t get in touch with the facility because they don’t answer the phone. It took 2 days of calls because when it passed through to the central number they told me I could only handle it with the local office, so I spent 2 days calling until someone finally answered.

We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
