The trailer I reserved wasn't available, so they asked if I wanted a free upgrade, and I agreed. When I went to get it, it was SMALLER than the one I reserved! Then the one they had that was bigger didn't have the ramp that I requested. I ended up taking it and using some wood for a ramp. I feel they owe me $50 for not having the promised trailer.John T.

Box truck road really roughly and got bounced all over think the suspension needs worked on i put gas in it gauge didnt even move and was charged for that idk just bad experience in my eyes will be going to a different location next time cause it shouldnt of ran me 150 dollars thats just crazy now my bank account is overdraftedJoseph P.

Employees simply don't give a damn anymore. I waited in line 10 mins listening to employee talk to someone about riding motorcycles in NM. then was told my truck hadn't been turned in on time and just wait. It was almost 2 hrs late yet I was expected to return the next day 22 hrs later.Dale S.
The equipment didn't have window washer fluid in it. I asked about detailed maintenance due the long trip. Stephanie did offer me additional miles and days. Once again my reservation was improperly handled. I had to travel an additional ten miles to pick-up the truck. The first location didn't have what was promised, 26' truck. It took much longer than expected to have our u-boxes picked up after we emptied them. Apparently the forklift broke down? On three different days we were told that they were going to be picked up but the driver never showed up. I booked the trailer and was confirmed at the Huber heights OH location. When I showed up there they told me the reservation had been moved to Dayton OH. I never got a call or email to say the pick up location had changed. When I did pick up the trailer, the latch to close the door was broken off. I didn't know until I got it to where I was loading it. I was able to strap the door down to make it work. The staff in hand were very friendly and helpful but whoever cleared the trailer for use did not do their job well enoughAndrew E.

I had reserved a truck at the UHaul place right across the highway. Dorothy Lane, from where I live but then the day before the pick up you said you ran out of trucks at DL and I would have to pick up on Linden! Why would you give away a truck when I reserved it!carmen T.
The last two rentals in a row I was charged for gas. The first time I was told the tank was fuller than it was. The most recent time I refilled it to the proper amount and was still charged for gas. Additionally, the last time, the truck was smoking like it was on fire and the facility told me to drive it to the location to return it. I would like reimbursed for the gas from the last two rentals. I would also like a $100 credit for having to cut my work short dur to a smoking vehicle.matthew G.
I have a mixed answer. The employees at the location were very professional and were fantastic. No problems at all. Upon pickup everything was impressively clean and in great condition. The problems were upon dropoff when the location was closed. A person was there acting like they worked there (cleaning the parking lot with a water hose) and approached my daughter and her fiancee offering ways to make lots of money per night. Then as they were trying to get the heck away from him he tried to get a viscous dog out of his car. It seemed VERY MUCH like human sex trafficking situation as my daughter is in early 20's. I did tell the location the next morning once open and they were very nice on the phone and promised to check the security cameras and call the police. So the employees are great, but the location is looking to not be as safe as I thought.Robin H.

I was quite surprised when I arrived at the pick up location specified of my contract, they told me the equipment is not there, but 3 miles distant. As I had ridden my bicycle to t to he pickup on my lunch break, I suffered repercussions at work when I was delayed by the different pickup location.Robert W.

The original pick-up location was not made clear. We arrived at the Salem Ave. store and were told to go to the E. Third St. store. As we started to leave the parking lot an employee ran out and told us that the trailer would be at the Linden Ave. store. Thankfully he caught us before we got out of the parking lot. We needed to fasten special rails to mount bicycles into the trailer to travel 1000+ miles with $$$ bikes. The agent made sure that we had the proper equipment, even let us test a new design before pick-up to insure everything worked. Very pleased with staff and service.SEAN B.
I wasn't told the fuel level was at 7/8, didn't notice it until on my way. I've always assumed the trucks needed to be returned with a full tank- so that caused a little unnecessary stress. But was very pleased with the truck- was low mileage and in excellent condition.Kevin B.

The restrooms were dirty and no toilet paper and paper towels. I had two units and one of my units didn’t have a payment method attached, so I got charged a late fee. In the beginning we were extremely happy with the facility. We had no problem when our rate was raised from 54.99 to 59.99. We were annoyed at the immediate almost unstable $5 increase to 64.99. We were there on Thursday July 2 to check and see about placing a few of our boxes.. We were "yelled" at since it was already after 6 pm and we had not done "all the paperwork" yet. The store was open until 7. We had reserved the unit for Thursday, July 2. Since the unit had also "not been cleaned," we agreed to come back on Friday July 3. When we arrived the next morning, the unit had STILL not been swept and mopped. So the unit was WET when it was turned over to us. Cardboard and wet floors do not make a good mix. Our time was wasted waiting for the unit to be cleaned and the floor to dry so we could place our boxes in the unit. The unit should have been cleaned in a timely manner, maybe Wednesday?
