The truck had some trash in it, which isn't a big deal but the man working at the counter had a very nasty attitude and treated me like I was inconveniencing him with my reservation. Even when I returned the vehicle, he barely spoke a word to me and was very short in answering my questions. I will likely return to Uhaul but definitely not at this location.Brandi T.

Was told the AC was working, and I called the Uhaul location in my way back because it barely worked, was told â€œit works better when it's on the normal AC settingâ€ Well- just as a reminder, although none should be needed, AZ weather is HOT. Hyperthermia can happen in a very short amount of time in AZ, and the heat can be dangerous. The AC needs to be working, regardless of what setting- the â€˜normal' settling barely blew out a skiff of air. When picking up the truck I asked TWICE if the air is working- and if this location considers a AC barely blowing a skiff as â€œworkingâ€ then it is true â€œtechnicallyâ€ but he loses all credibility when NOT being transparent or very truthful. Also, the guy told me that the weather hasn't been this hot and it had been workingâ€¦. Uhaul must have their vehicles in optimal working condition, fix what's not working, be upfront & transparent with customers, and bottom line, treat the customers well and value them and NOT try to make excuses when confronted. So shady. The only thing that is saving me from escalating this complaint further, is that he gave me a Discount, rightfully so.Carrie B.

Pickup took almost 45 minutes though we were the only customer. Rep was not knowledgeable about equipment or additional supplies, for example, did not know which trailer was the correct one for the order, did not know what a â€œmoving blanketâ€ was or where they would be, did not know how to properly hook up the trailer to the truck. I left my house keys in the truck and ask to get them out. The lady in the room stated â€œ I can't help you â€œ over and over rudely. The keys were in the car and easily accessible. A gentleman lman then found my keys abs gave them to meAshley A.
