Make sure that everyone has the same information one person tells you that it can be done then after you are done with the rental someone else will charge you a complete different fee so that the bill is higher and because you used it you have no choice but complain and they just sit back and laugh because they made more money for them and your out of luck because everything works in their behalf I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND IF I HEAR THAT SOMEONE IS THINKING ABOUT USING IT I'LL TELL THEM TO FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE!Boyd W.

Your app is totally useless! I was picking up the van after hours and it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes until I left the site with the van. Your app and registration process was totally out of sync. If it hadn't been for someone in the Live Verification division who walked me through the process after it even took him three attempts, I would have never gotten the vehicle. I understand risk measures due to COVID but put in place a phone system or customer care system that allows you to operate while taking your precautions. Your phone did not work, I wasn't able to receive a receipt for checking in the trailer because no one took the time to do so.Jeffrey H.
Reserving a van on-line was easy and quick. Van was clean and in great shape. Dropoff was easy and quick, no need to wait while for an inspection. The only suggesting would be to allow updating of my reservation online. I wanted to shift it out 30 mins and had to call UHaul for support (which was great and the update to the new time took less than 20 seconds to complete).John F.
missing bolt in door latch that made it dangerous to use. I called and was told I needed to call "roadside service" and I did, sat on hold for 30 minutes and hung up and decided to find a hardware store and replace the missing bolt myself. Did just that, drove home and emptied the trailer, removed my bolt and returned trailer with details about this also. I can't believe this location is renting equipment without even inspecting and making sure its safe!!!!Kari P.

The uhaul location and truck were excellent. The internet interface was a problem, I was unable to complete the rental online after time I gave up and called uhaul, waiting on the phone for ~20 minutes to finally set up the rental with an agent. I thought I was done, when I received the agreement the pickup time had changed from 6:30 AM to 1PM !? I tried logging in to my uhaul account and it showed I had no rental scheduled!? I then attempted to online chat, the chat person couldn't help me change the time but gave a number to non 800 number to call. I ended the chat, poof all the typing was gone... I didn't write the number down and searching the website, I couldn't find the 414- schedule number. Again I have to call and wait for an agent, As I'm talking with an agent I am suddenly cut off and returned to the uhaul main menu and again have to wait for an agent. I finally get it arranged. By this time all my plans and schedule had changed, this cost me time and money, that is why I have spent so much time on this review!!CARL H.

My original pickup was River Falls, WI went to pick up truck and they had no truck. They were very good at finding me a truck. It took about an hour but it was in another town. The extra milage I had to pay was just about exactly the extra miles used because we had to drive the truck back from where I picked it up to River Falls. If you contract a truck and it is confirmed you expect it to be there.Shari B.

The 26' truck was very clean, very low miles, worked perfect for our 1,200 mile journey. We had no problems with making the reservations, the pick up location or the vehicle. Highly recommend.Joel C.

This was a tough rental due to Covid requirements. Original pick up location was revised. Could not enter location and had to do everything on my cell phone. Trailer worked well. Can't wait to try again under circumstances.Michael O.
When I showed up to this location to pick up my uhaul trailer, the store was not allowing customers inside of the building due to COVID19, which is understandable. But as a result, I was made to say my credit card information out loud in front of three other customers and an employee which I was not comfortable with.
