The self check in process was frustrating and confusing. It wouldn't except my current photo with my driver's license photo. Being a Sunday the business was closed and I struggled through the process of just attaining the keys. If the owner, who by the way was "old school", and was patient and a great help, hadn't come by I would still be there. It cost me three hours of moving time-so much for quick check in process. At the end I was charged for an extra day. Suffice to say I will not be using your service again.

Location not open during posted business hours. After leaving pickup location, we were called and told the truck needed to be returned 31 miles away from our destination. We tried calling to see if we could drop off at one of several locations in Pendleton OR. No answer. So we drove the extra miles, paid more for gas to drop off a day early. Now you want to charge me for 5 miles over? U-Haul will not be receiving my business or referrals in the future.

Although the facility was suppose to be open during the time frame I initially went to return the trailer, they were closed and no one was around. So I had to do the self return process online. That sucks. However, the manager of the location called me the next day and he was very pleasant.

This same day I had reserved same trailer at a different location in college place Wa. They made me wait one-hour without helping me then I called customer service to reserve same trailer at another location 40 miles away in Pendleton OR, they couldn't help me either. Then I went to Milton freewater and this person was awesome very helpful. I will definitely come back to this place again. Negative 0 to the other locations no customer skills. Just wonder where is the 50 dollars customer guarantee. I ended up paying 200 more for not picking up my items when I was scheduled to not mentioning the 80 miles back and forth I drove because of an unprofessional employee that had guaranteed me to find at this location. Guess what, lost gas money and didn't get my trailer

Still not sure. The manager greeted us there and was ready to process our delivery of the UHaul tow dolly. It was fast and easy. I had a very positive experience.

The pickup experience at Victorian Gardens was wonderful. The gentleman who helped us was truly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this particular location to anyone moving in or out of the area.

Great service-nice trailer. The problem was the uhaul automated system-it is really inefficient for a large company. Im sure it is a manor frustration to your servicing staff and many customers.

I only needed the equipment for one day and signed up online for only one day but was charged for three days. The man in Milton freewater said I would receive a refund if I returned it in one day but when I returned the equipment the lady at the feed bin in Rochester Washington said that they don't refund even when returned in one day. Very upset about this because I have used Uhaul many times and feel lied to.

Bugs in the back. Overcharged for gas, returned exactly at marker on contract and charged for 3 gallons. Given uhaul at 3/8 tank, should have tank full and then returned on full, if you charge to refuel at increased rate you should actually refuel to full before next rental.

Man took phone out of my hand while i was checking uhaul which i thought was rude. My order included a utility dolly instead i received an appliance dolly. I was charged for both. I have full coverage insurance so did not get extra coverage. However safe mover insurance was also added to the order. When i returned to discuss these charges man got irrate with me and said well you signed it. I called uhaul to dispute charges and was told i would be contacted. Almost a week later that hasnt happened yet. Be very careful and aware when dealing with this man and uhaul.

My biggest thing is to not give a quote if the ending is not anywhere close to what you're told. Mine was $600 more and that to me is BS. I will be calling cause I will not tolerate that.
