It was not explained to me that there would be a $20 "after hours charge" for returning the van at 6pm. Honestly, 6pm on a moving day doesn't seem very late. Yes, this was probably buried somewhere deep in the long, online contract, but it should be EXPLICITLY pointed out to customers beforehand. As a customer I cannot see how leaving the van in the lot and putting the keys in the drop box causes anyone, any additional work - as opposed to checking the van back in manually. Just seems like a money grab. Also - I did not want a furniture dolly. When I rented the van online I opted "NO".... but the service person seemed to throw it in as an afterthought, "Hey - do you want a dolly...." after we had picked up the truck... so I thought it was included. Again - it should have been "Do you need a furniture dolly? They are $7." I was moving mattresses - no need for a dolly. I feel like I got soaked and will look elsewhere next time for truck rental. I am also going to instruct my bank to protest this charge and I will be sure to warn others of your deceptive practices.Richard A.

Ac wasent working ....and is way to expensive to rent from your location I paid 120 dollars plus 30 for gas plus insurance not a cheap for a very small truck the 10f. So yea not a happy camper and i ask for a discount of some way but she said there is nothing she can do.. i just think that's way over priceANDRES N.

The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. The vehicle ran fine but there was a problem with the ac air because it was contaminated with cigarette smoke or some kind of smoke which was very tocic to breathe in. It even caused a problem with my ears.allison W.

I only would not recommend this location because I was not moving stuff within a few miles. I was about 20 miles away and I did not know that I would have to return it to the same location until it was too late. U-Haul's practice of requiring customer to use their phone to upload images of their driver's license does nor consider those who choose to not have a cell phone. U-haul needs to change that policy or provide alternatives. What was wrong with the old way of renting vehicles before cell phones? I do not care to see my license information displayed on the web one day.Stephen Q.

I was switched to this location last minute by the representative. I did not mind picking up from this location until I realized the area lacked decent cell service. It was frustrating to stand outside in 80+ degree weather searching for service. This mobile process that was meant to be efficient ended up taking around 35-45 minutes even though I had completed check in beforehand. Uhaul should take this into account when selecting locations.Erica R.

No customer service no empathy old lady hates her job or people poop in truck she said she couldn't do nothing about it. I handed her card & she left my hand hanging and put my debit card on desk & put truck keys in other side of desk instead of in front of ne I had to go around chair to grab key. No greet when entered just a stare n serious look. Complained about poopy horse shit she said she didn't have another truck or she couldn't do anything. Got shit on my furniture and shoes ewwww... nasty never again will I go to this location.MARY F.
