Pick up was quick but drop off took a while as the guy wasn't trained to well and/or didn't know what to do. 5 min pick up, 20 min to drop off.

It took forever to get the trailer and they asked me the same questions that it asked for online . They didn’t come out nor didn’t they ask if I knew how to hook it up . It was parked behind a curb and I needed help to get it out and all they asked was do I have a hitch. Terrible customer service

This location was not well organized. Pick up went ok but when we dropped it off, the person ah the counter didn’t know how to process the order and calculate how much we owed. So we had to wait about 30 minutes for the owner to assist. They didn’t know what they were doing at all.

Remove these people from your network. My truck never showed up and they gave me someone else's contract and somehow I got double charged - once with the online reservation and one in-store.

I booked it online for 9 Hours but once I picked it up was sent a text message I would only have it for 5 hours. This wasn’t possible for me as I couldn’t even get in my new place for 8 hours. You can’t just change someone’s booking

I was disappointed because the truck that I was supposed to get was not available so we had to take a smaller one. This meant more trips which cost us more in mileage. Very frustrating!

The van wasn't there when it was supposed to be. The store people had no clue. Had to wait 45 min, even though I reserved it in advance. The person that eventually brought it back got in my face about it. When I reserved it, it said a $50 guarantee that the van would be there for me, well it wasn't and he wouldn't honour that. The store was crazy busy and there was only one person there. It was a mad house. Would never rent a uhaul from there again.

When I picked up the car the gas was marked with full, when I took the vehicle the gas was 1/8, but when I was return I put 1/8. The attendant charged me $17 for full gas, when I was asking her, She started to scream with me saying that was my fault. I really agree that I could pay attention for the paper and comparing with the vehicle on pickup, but She has no right to scream with a customer. She put me out her store screaming.

First of all the agent at desk had no idea how to use equipment. Terminal would not work. Online booking would not work. After 45 minutes we had to go to another U-Haul to get a smaller trailer. Terrible experience will definitely not return.

The store owner and his wife are very rude and unprofessional. The employee that did the inital rental was great. The owner called for an early return prior to my 24hr period. The vehicle (van) was dirty and smelled like garbage on the inside, the exterior was dirty and needed washed . Oil change reminder was on in the dash display( obviously due) They didn't even inspect the van upon return, asked me to go outside and take a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge.

They dont speak english. Truck was dirty. They couldnt figure out how to charge me mileage and had to call someone else. They served many customers while trying to figure out my mileage. It ultimately took an hour.

Windsor Park location gave me great customer service, very happy with them.But your Regent location has no idea about customer service, got to the Regent location 5 minute late after closing, Assistant Manager said to bad come back tomorrow.I will recommend Windsor Park locations to all my friends and family and use there location again but will never recommend your Regent location because they don't know how to give customer service.

The location is sound and process is great. You will need a credit card to book onsite as booking Credit Cards are not kept by the location.

My Only feedback was i had a return time for 4:30pm. Received a call at the office to tell me the truck had not been returned....i returned the Keys and the Van back at 5:30AM the next day. So i only had the car for 13 hours and allowed for the facility to rent the car for the next day. It may have been my mistake that i did not inform the facility ...but they should have checked out the door to see that the vehicle been returned close to 12 hours early.

Suggests thzt gas tank be always full during pick up sothat it could easily returned full. Rather than picking it up at, say, half tank and when refueling one has to stop pumping, gi in the van to check the gauge.

The owner was not there at the time of the pickup or drop off. Both times we were there for at least 40 minutes or more waiting for the employee to talk to the owner because they didn't know what they were doing. When we did the pickup the girl took copies of my visa and code on the back which should not have happened. Then it took so long for them to figure out what they were supposed to be doing. I will never go back there again. Terrible service.

I believe it's a wife and husband who run this location, I've rented a uhaul from this location twice now and have had the pleasure to meet both of them! They are both so sweet and kind, it was a great experience all around! As I booked last minute they only had a smaller uhaul, which was totally fine as I think they have under 5 vehicles to rent out but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone looking to rent! The customer service I received there was unparalleled to that of an actual uhaul company!

In Canada everything should be in kilometers. I found it to be a verye expensive endevour.$19.99 in my view is very misleading.All other costs should receive the same recognition.

After trying and trying to get an answer on the phone, I drove to the location to book a u-haul. Once there, The people were so accommodating and were personable when I picked it up and dropped it off. I would use this rental location again.

I was extremely disappointed in the time it took to get the truck. Express on line took nearly 20 minutes, then I had to wait for the keys. Very unimpressed with this rental and the process. Also was told that it was. $0.49 per km and it was $0.69. I also had to wait when I returned the truck as the attendant, although very nice, did not know how to return it. Had to wait for her to call someone. Not a fan of your company and overall it turns out to be more expensive than it was worth. Would like a refund for the wasted time.

The convenience store is a very place! It is a store and u-haul business appears to be the last thing they want to do, I waited a long time, at one point I had to ask the store person to give me back my credit card as he kept serving store customers.

In the middle of no where. I reserved on line. The person who does the U haul reservations was not on site. I had to speak to a booking agent on the phone. Overall the most uniquely disappointing experience.

I have always had a clean vehicle. The van was dirty had to clean the mirrors so I could see out of them . If there was damage on it I wouldn't know . Like scratches and small dents .

The staff at the location were very helpful. The problem was at U-Haul's end. Tsk Tsk Tsk on U-haul's office and telephone assistance for returns of vehicles. again, the location site's operators/staff were very helpful.

When I took the van the meter read 9434 kilometers. When I was back it was 9445 kilometers. But in my bill I had my trip was from 9431 miles to 9445 miles. So they deceived me twice. First, my kilometers they turned into miles. Second, they counted three miles more than it really was.

-First location was CLOSED until 11, pick up was 9 am, so I was sent to another this location. I was NOT happy with that but I was understanding and drove to this location. I understand people make mistakes. Worker did not explain anything, just gave me the keys and took my payment. Truck was frozen and I had to warm it up, Then once again I was sent to ANOTHER UHAUL location to get the TOW. I rushed to all 3 locations.

The dealer DID not speak very good English and should of taken the time to make sure that I understood my bill charges would be in miles not kilometers..spent almost a hour at drop off center disputing charges. Plus he never did a walk around with me to see if the truck had pryer damage I personally DID that myself so I would not have a problem. Your policy and people I dealt with SAID I would not be charge anything until truck came back.Two hours after I left the property charges were already made on my credit card. WITH some of the hassle the move went ok. Thanks

Person working at the store barely spoke english, and did not know how to complete the trailer pickup. He transferred me to someone on the phone, who spoke only a little english, and likewise, could barely complete the pickup. The process took nearly 30 minutes. After getting the paperwork, the store attendant did not come outside to look at the trailer, did not hook the trailer up, or check to see if the lights worked. Worst customer service you can imagine.

Please note that the self serve process did not work, as it wouldn't let me take more than 1 picture of damage not noted and then got stuck on my photo ID. The dealer tried to print a manual contract and even he had to reboot his system for the order. All worked out and he was very helpful to get us on our way.
