I signed a contract to lease a 6x12 trailer. I was using my Honda Pilot. My Pilot did not have a tow package, so I brought the trailer back hours (2-3) and exchanged it for a truck. Chris assured me that I would get credit for the trailer vs. my truck charge, Worldwide was in the process of moving and they were very busy. I have not gotten my credit. I have called numerous times and they have not returned my phone call nor have I received my refund. I would like to be contacted and would like to get my refund. My Phone number is 606-922-1665. They seem to be too busy.....and not enuf help....personally they are very nice.......I think the high demand for trucks for many people moving now is so great that a lot of things overlooked... Anyway I like Uhaul and if the need is necessary I will use them againDolores M.
There was no heavy duty dolly to assist in the move, no covers for furniture, straps to attach to rails so basically it was hit or miss the way the furniture got moved. I was not a fan of this at all but too late to do anything about it.Ann C.

Carry the supplies needed to hook up trailers. We had to go and purchase an adapter for the light hook up had to go purchase a 2" ball and find boxes. Location showed that they had all. The guy said he didn't fool with that stuff.ANITA U.

Check in was a breeze and email receipt was great. Trailer drop off area was large, easy to maneuver and parking. Exceed rental experience overall and the trailer, towed across state worked perfectly.TODD C.

Floor board was not clean, there was white dog hairs everywhere. The gas tank when parked on an incline, so it looked like there was more gas, when I got it on the road, gas went way down. Don't even get me started on the online pictures. Returned after 11 miles, could take pics of mileage, so I had to return the next day to finish. People there was awesome, online sucks.Richard E.

This appears to be a very busy U-Haul Rental Center and the previous users of this vehicle left trash in the vehicle. As much turnaround at this location as there is, I feel they have little time to spend on cleanup of this vehicles. Overall, we were very well pleased with the rental of the unit and the courtesy of the two gentlemen who handled our rental from beginning to end. Kudos to them!!!KAREN D.

I like the uhaul location. It's convenient but the parking lot isn't great and there's always a nasty mud/water hole there and u either get your feet wet or have to tip toe thru.Amanda H.

Worldwide Liquidators was actually closed due to a medical emergency. But they had a telephone number on the door for the U-Haul regional representative Raymond. Raymond was excellent to work with. Handled everything professionally and efficiently via telephone and internet. If I was U-Haul I would want more employees like Raymond who represent you well. His phone number is 304-928-4031.
