How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf this is a self-serve location, it should be advertised that way bc I would have picked a different location. Only thing employee told me was to scan a QR code and use app to return the truck even though it was when location was open. Didn’t offer any assistance.
Paul DThe employees at the front are absolutely the rudest I have ever dealt with. There was quite literally weed in the car when I picked it up, got it on E, and they tried charging me all these extra fuel fees at the end. 0/10 recommend lady at the front desk that wears glasses, needs to be in an environment where other people don’t exist.
Maren FAfter being relocated to THREE different pickup locations on the morning 7/5/26. My car was improperly put on the tow and now I am thousands of dollars into paying for the damages. And the manager So Ogando wasn't helpful or resourceful during this experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Johneshia RSignage was poor. Staff member came out and yelled at us for bringing the trailer to the wrong place, because we took it to where the sign said "equipment return". Staff wanted me to drive around the block and park the trailer backwards by myself even though I said I wasn't comfortable.
