Some tasks like taking a photo of the equipment prior to leaving the lot should done earlier. I had done the online check in, spoke to the guy inside & signed the contract. I was told that I was all good to go, come to find out I was suppose to check my phone again for that link text which came much later due to bad cellular signal in the area.
Alan CI wish the return process was a little easier using the app.
