Awful experience. I followed instructions for the self check in where it told me to locate the truck and some vile, rude man showed up banging on my window smoking a cigarette INTO my car telling me I can’t be back there and to “get out” after I explained to him I was there to pick up a truck. He then proceeded to tell me I need to leave and go to the front I explained I was following the instructions and he kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me talk. I went inside and the young man in the store was extremely nice and apologized and said there have been several complaints about that one man. I wanted to walk out and cancel my reservation. The truck itself was absolutely disgusting and not clean I don’t want to touch anything in it. Worst experience.

The team here were excellent at this U-Haul facility and very professional and gave excellent customer service.
