The gentleman at the counter was speaking and assisting me extremely fast, as if he were in a rush. I arrived around 6:00 PM, and I had to ask him to please slow down and speak at a normal pace so that I could clearly understand the rental instructions and feel comfortable as a customer. There was no line or anyone waiting behind me, so I believe there was enough time to provide the assistance in a more patient and professional manner. Customers should be given sufficient time to understand the rental process and feel properly assisted.

Thomas SThe trailer lights were not working, it made it very challenging to use it after dark. Second issue was that driving side wheel was way out of balance. Because of that it had bumpy ride. Had to driver very slow on the highway with flasher on.
