GILBERT MEverything was GREAT!
MICHELLE TOverall the entire experience went smoothly and I was able to do the task I needed the trailer for. However, one of the turn signals were not functioning and when I let them know once I returned the trailer, the person there did not seem to care. Another thing that is not a fault of the location but anyone renting the 6x12 utility trailer: a word of caution, the main part of the trailer is 6 ft wide but if using the trailer with a ramp the opening is only 4ft 9 in. This made loading my cargo tricky as I was under the impression my item that was 5 ft would fit. The dimensions of the ramp are listed but it was misleading until I found the exact measurements of the entire trailer after the fact, so maybe that's on me but still wanted to give a heads up.
