How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had only two complaints. The first is that the lot is very crowded. It is difficult to find parking just to check in to get the truck. The other complaint is that it is difficult to get the Uhaul out of the lot and the clerk offered no assistance. It would have been nice to have assistance getting out especially since we were not familiar with the area.
Chris OReturned on a Sunday per the instructions but it was closed. When I picked the truck up, I was told to retrun anytime the next day (Sunday). I did and was charged additional 40 for rent and $4.00 for mileage which was odd becasue I drove from the pick-up to my origin house which was less than 5 miles away. Drove straingh to the new house in Clemmons and straight to return the truck with a stop for gas on the route and it was still over by 4 miles.
ROBERT HThis is my favorite establishment for renting a vehicle. Service is excellent.
