Last time this location did not have appliance dolly to rent although uhaul charged me for, this time the back door was wide open and no furniture pads although I paid for those also.
MATTHEW KRental locations need to make the customer aware of an after-hours fee for late returns. This was not clear until I was returning the vehicle. Also, the only way someone could rent a U-Haul for $19.95 is to rent the vehicle and then not drive it. The large $19.95 signage is extremely misleading...but then there's the small, easily missed, small font, text saying "mileage not included".
