Everything worked perfectly
Tina STruck/equipment was fine. Our only issue is the Attendant did not listen or pay attention to the reservation details and mistakes were made with the reservation. It was corrected by U-Haul representatives after a few phone calls to the regional office. The attandant just did his own thing instead of discussing the details that would have been an easy correction to make.

Mark CLoved the truck we had, great shape and handled well. The app glitched (again) and made us think the pics didn’t take but the man in the store was really nice and helpful. He helped us complete checkout.
