The drop off location was just a little bit confusing because I wasn't sure where I was supposed to park it but thankfully the owner of the business there was working on a Sunday and asked me to just park it and leave the key in it which made me a little uncomfortable because I felt I should be the one to personally put it in the dropbox. But he did take care of it and did get it checked in when the app wasn't working properly for me and it was easy to drop it off and I appreciate it that as well.
