They really helped me out with a difficulty returning the van; I appreciate their service and cooperation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were swarmed by ants in the cab as soon as we were underway
William RI personally would not rent from U-Haul again because you are more expensive than your competitors. Your competitor's daily rate is from pickup time to the same time the next day. you charged for 2 days just because it's a new day. The location was fine but U-Haul itself I would not recommend.
Donovan BThe pick up point person was excellent, extremely helpful.
Wendy hI had to take a smaller car because the one I had reserved hadn't arrived. I waited 30 minutes, and then they asked me to wait another 30. The woman at the counter wasn't very friendly, and dealing with her wasn't a pleasant experience.
