Better communication with customer. We had reservation, and to check in person. When we got there at the time to pickup no one was there at the location. We called Uhaul so they gave us a code to unlock the padlock but the code did not work. We worked on it about 30 minutes in the rain. Finally got in touch with a agent. They also asked us to make sure the code is straight on the padlock but didn't work. Finally we said that there is a padlock on the truck. We tried the code on it and it worked. The key was inside the uhaul in the back all this time. We wasted atleast 40 minutes in the pouring rain.

ANDREA BThe self check in process was not well organized. Everytime I logged in, whether through the app or the website, I could not access my key code and was referred to a number that left me on hold for an extra 30 min. I also scheduled a pick up time for 12:30 but nobody was on site to assist or and the numbers provided via the app did not lead to anyone being able to help us. Once we called the Uhaul service number it worked...but it was extremely inconvenient to have to wait an extra 30 min a busy moving day was planning around the 12:30 time.
Rebekah LThere were no humans and the building had a tree growing inside of it. My truck was blocked in, I couldn't even get my keys out of the numbered lock box and I even tried calling the number on the door twice only to get voicemail.
Jordan JThe drop off location was not open when I arrived at 12:45 pm and there were no personal available. I had to download the U-Haul app without available Wi-Fi which took some time. The lot was full of other units with no clear space to park the trailer, so I ended up leaving it in front of the building. Had there been space you could not have backed the trailer in without pulling out and blocking the road. It's the worst location I have been to.
