Perhaps set up additional check in stations with additional people the last Sunday of July, which was said to be the busiest day of the year. Many college students need to be out of their rental units the following day. The wait was pretty excessive.
Christine HThe gentleman who helped me (blanking his name, but had longer gray hair) was courteous and helpful. The technology system however was very clumsy and slow. The app was not intuitive, nor did it work at all on half of my families phones. The app needs some help. Mobile return was a bit burdensome but worked well overall. Equipment worked as expected. Overall would reccomend this location, but uhaul needs to address their technology.
