Only 2 reps available...printer went down also. They both worked quickly with each customer but the wait was about 30 min. I had UHaul recommended movers that I had paid for and we were late getting back to them to get started. Have more reps when it is the weekend or busier times. Truck was clean and we had no problems with the vehicle.

Scott Gcustomer service rep was not very friendly
Stanley PDude literally wanted me to move the truck because i didn't "back it in." Would he have done that to a man? doubt it. It was an online checkin/checkout that I scheduled. I was just following the steps in the app. He changed his tune when another employee walked out and decided he would move it himself.
