How U-Haul Reviews WorkIn my opinion U-Haul has gone way down hill within the past couple of years. This is the second time in less than four months I have rented a U-Haul truck and on the day of pick up I have been re-routed. Having to go 40 minutes in the opposite direction than intended. The trucks always look beat up with patch holes on the top of the U-Haul box area, which are never repaired correctly. Ask me how I know. I will not ever be using U-Haul for future truck rentals due to multiple issues in a row using this company. Higher management seems to have really screwed up this company. Penske here we come!
FORREST ATrevor was very helpful over the phone in booking my reservation. Answered all my questions. When I arrived he was quick to get me on my way as well.
