We had a blow out of 2 tires on the trailer and we had to wait 3 hours for help and we were in the middle of nowhere in 110 degree heat with zero communication from the help center and the app was useless with giving us updates on when we were to expect help which is just unacceptable. When the tow company did finally come when they repaired the tires he bent the frame of the trailer.

Drop off was great. Pick up was OK. I didn't get all the equipment I reserved and needed.
KATRINA WWe added 2 furniture dollies to our rental and were not informed until time of pickup that they were not available. Ended up having to pay double the price of the uhual to purchase furniture dollies unexpectedly because we didn't have time to make other arrangements. When I called to complain they told me the equipment was not guaranteed. Told me an area manager would reach out. No one did, they didn't seem to care about lack of customer service.
AMBERLY MI get overcharged for cleaning fee as the U-Haul is already dirty when I get it.
rabin sGuy charged me for a 100 extra miles, now waiting on bank to refund.I shouldn't have to wait on my money for your error.
