Trailer was dirty, it hadn't been sweeped out in a long time the floor felt like it was ready to fall through to the ground the roll up door got stuck and it took 10 minutes to be able to close it. The last that rented the trailer to me was very sweet and accommodating I would Definitely rent from them again even though uhaul needs to take that trailer out of service

Picked up the truck and trailer at Kokopelli Storage where I had a storage shed and was able to get all my belongings into them. Tonya is the best!

Dean AI did not like that the price was not what i was told. I spent a hour and a half trying to figure out why for one day was over 100.00. The lady at the storage was very nice and was trying to get price down for us. I never had this problem before. 29.95 turned in to 106.00 is false advertising.
