Reserved truck and haul helpers from this location and the truck was on empty pulling out of parking lot and when putting gas in it the gas spewed all through the gas tank with a leak since it was syphoned before renting it out to me. Immediately called the location on sight manager several times just a half a mile away and she ran to lock the door upon arrival and then had us call road side assistance and they fixed it but then had to let the truck sit over night . So not only losing time dealing with the issue and treated dismissible with paid help and time lines caused an extremely stressful situation.. and on top of that lost gas money that went through the tank the sheer lack of on sight management with regular to this I was charged an extra day !!! I wouldn’t recommend this location at all if the same worker is there .
