Tom T | Overall ExperienceIt’s a bit hard to put big vehicles in the unit area but we managed. The folks were very nice and helpful. They call you to make payments and that was okay too. I would recommend this if you need to store stuff. Safe and secure. Thank you!

She is the only thing good about Kokopelli storage in Golden Valley, Arizona. On the day that I emptied and swept out my storage unit the other lady was yelling at me and caused my car to get hit my the gates closing on me and then she refused to do any closing paperwork.

The spring on the door was bad and had to secure it myself so it wouldn't close on me. I left the unit cleaner then I found it when we moved our stuff in.

CLAY F | Overall ExperienceThe area and rooms are dirty. We had to set traps to kill mice, rats, lizards, and rattlesnakes. We let the management know but they did nothing. The entrance gate was stuck open for weeks. It's really tight trying to get around in the facility.
