Both individuals that helped me were constantly distracted and one was always texting on his phone. Then they hooked up the wrong trailer, and then while supposed to be checking the lights started talking to the other on oh his mic and didn’t even watch us doing the light check and we had to start all over because he wasn’t even paying attention.
Joshua KMy overall experience with Duncan Ace Hardware and the U-Haul worker there was great; however, my overall experience with U-Haul was very unsatisfactory. The booking process, the picking up process, and the customer service were all subpar to say the least. There were many mistakes made on their part when booking and picking up my truck that caused me to be delayed almost 3 hours. I will never use U-Haul again, and I plan on issuing a formal complaint and getting full reimbursement.
