The tires need to be inspected better. This is the second time we've rented a trailer and one of the tires recap blew off. Thank goodness the link on paper work worked and a guy came with in a reasonable time to replace.

I had a blow out on one of the tires while on the highway. I called the toll free number. They dispatched the driver to the wrong highway causing an additional hour of delays. He was dispatched to I35 not route 6. That is over 30 minutes away from the location I told the 1800 number. Not good
