The lady and gentleman that runs the uhaul were great answered and helped me on a Sunday at 8:45am because the uhaul app did not work. Then bringing it back the app still did not work so Sabine from the 800 number also helped.
Walid BI was charged an extra $20 for an after hours fee! WTF! That's above the extra $55 additional 1 day fee! How is it my fault that I was assigned a location to take it to that was closed! Uhaul is such a rip-off! Never again!
Julio CI tried to reserve a car hauler on line but it said my truck couldn't pull it but when I called she was very good help and got me on the way without a problem thank you
Pedro SThe rental contract inaccurately gave me a larger amount of fuel to fill then was actually required to get back to 7/8 of a tank so I overspent by about $15 and I think this is unacceptable so I'd expect a rebate of that amount to rectify the issue
