Sarah HThe location and truck were great, but the app wasn’t cooperating when we were trying to pick up the truck. The photos weren’t uploading. We had to call a representative and the process added almost an hour to our limited time frame. Thankfully when we returned the truck the app/photo uploads worked fine. Plus the two ladies that helped me on the phone were lovely.
Caitlin BThe gas was at 1/4 tank. Would be much better if you would have the vehicles at a full tank and the customer tops it up to full when done like all rental car companies. Instead had to try and guess how much gas to put in to top it back up to a 1/4 tank.
