Clearer communication when it comes to drop off. Some trucks are one way only, some trucks are not one way only of the same type and size depending on the day? Maybe? We rented there previously and all were one way, rented the same type two weekends later and It wasn’t. But I think that may be a scheduling thing via corporate not sure.
