How U-Haul Reviews WorkWell I booked online and got the insurance (no brainer) when my wife arrived to pick up the truck the shady ass dealer told her she "didnt need insurance" My wife told hi m to keep it exactly as her husband ordered it.. He canceled it anyway and rebooked himself. SO my wife was driving truck with no insurance. Very risky. Thank god nothing happened.I would drive there and slap theat guy around at Piney Grove, but I do not have time. Very shady ass person.
