Cab was littered with trash from previous renters. Reservation wasn't correct, and I don't think it was 1st Class Auto Sales mistake. I had made the reservation (and had the confirmation) to have the truck for 8 days. The reservation that 1st Class had was for 2 days! I had to call 1800gouhaul who then transferred me to a regional UHaul office, and they had to correct the reservation. I'm still not sure all was charged correctly. Regional UHaul charged for the additional 5 days rental and insurance (realized we only need the truck for 7 days rather than 8) AND I think 1st Class charged for it again at truck return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBE AWARE of this location, 6370 Inver Grove Heights, MN UHaul. This location will add an additional $45 for “Customer Safe Drive” and not tell you. I unchecked this option at the time I placed my reservation on-line. If you call them about it they will tell you that you didn’t read the fine print so they will not credit that amount to you.
TATUM SThe vehicle we rented was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky, the cab was dirty. It was obviously not cleaned before our use. An old lock and pack of gum was on the floor next to the driver’s seat. Yet we were charged a $25 cleaning fee. Upon returning the vehicle, the owner/manager was chit chatting with someone and made us wait to return the key, yet she was “too busy” to check us out. She assured me she’d do it later. Later meant after we left, apparently so that she could add the $25 fee without dealing with us face to face. Lastly, the location is rated “poorly” because the office smelled heavily of marijuana.
Margaret LMobile app was very cumbersome and not user-friendly. Unable to upload pictures as required.Truck was extremely close to another truck making it difficult to drive out. Staff was very friendly with return.
Kim Ccustomer service was great, clean truck, friendly, very knowledgeable people who were able to get me through this process without a hassle.
