The UHaul experience overall is very good. Even though the truck that I reserved was not available when I had reserved it - you all proactively took steps to find a good alternative and no problems for me.

Schontavia WFirst you can lower the rate per mile. The economy is suffering and hard times are falling and to raise the rate per mile is ridiculous. You are a multi billion dollar company, you do not fix the trucks like they should be, the rates are terrible. Budget is .79 cent a mile I don’t understand why there is a cost per mile anyways. We replenish the gas for the truck. I can’t make money with my business have to pay out $200 right off the top to rent a truck. Rich get richer the poor get poorer. How about having a sense of compassion for folks that still have to use your trucks to move stuff and not gouge the pockets. You will be making money regardless. How about look out for the fellow American and not so much your pockets. Thanks.

Tawana PMy confirmation and reservation was set to Neptune Beach location, close to where I was moving from and to. After a week of it being reserved, I get there and they tell me to drive 25 mins away from both my houses to pick up my truck, no warning, no email, nothing. I then had to pay for more gas than I did before because once again, I was 30 minutes away and the total bill was more as well. It was more expensive and in total an overall nightmare to be working with U-Haul. I expect a refund.
