Mike the person at the front desk is not helpful. As soon as I walked in the door he told me to talk to the virtual assistant and then walked out and didn't come back at all. When I returned the dolly, there was someone at the virtual assistant for 10-15 minutes and as soon as I walked in the door he walked out again. After the virtual assistance was available, she told me I needed to check it back in with Mike who finally came back in and when I approached the desk he told me I needed to do with the virtual assistant. It seemed he wanted to do as little as possible to help anyone. I didn't receive any confirmation that the dolly was checked back in as he said "Oh, ok I'll do it in a bit". I think he was working on something on the computer, but the only confirmation I received that I returned it was his verbal that he would do it. I was not impressed with the customer service. The virtual assistant did get me taken care of when I picked up the dolly.

I would recommend to everyone who rents a Uhual anywhere in the US to do yourself a.favor and make sure you keep all your documents and receipts for anything and take pictures of your odometer/ Gas before/After including when you do your walk around pick up/ Drop off. Check for things like the angle your truck is parked on when verifying your gas at pick up. A truck parked on an angle can change the true level of fuel that your gauge is showing. Denis PNice and convenient location. There was some confusion over this drop off location as I changed to this location from downtown. I did not get a receipt from U-Haul until I called 2 days later. The drop off location was closed as I returned the truck after hours.
