They did not check out the truck while I was there. They left me with the impression that all was as it should be. Then they gave me a charge for needed fuel addition. This was not a lot of money, but was inappropriate since we had refilled to the correct level minutes earlier. Since they did not check the fuel while we were there, there could not be any discussion of the charge. We complained, but have not heard the resolution yet.

Israel RIt was fine. No straps came with toy hauler. Disappointed
Gregory HThe location and driving was Excellent. But the Rate for Charges was Poor! It Cost me more than the Value of my Renting the Truck. Yesss, that part for Mileage Sucks! I'm just being Honest. You may need to change that rule like before please! Thank you for your Service, I Love U-Haul, but that part I don't Love at all!
Frances AGave me someone else’s order paperwork instead of my own. Gave me a vehicle with a quarter tank of gas. Wrongly charged me for gas after returning it with a quarter tank of gas.
