I was required to drive 20 miles across St. Louis when there was a U-Haul store with the trailer I rented within a half-mile of my location. I had to wait 45 minutes for an employee to come from home to connect the trailer because the two young ladies who were working said they were unable to lift it. A different young lady at the dropoff location had no issues lifting the retailer off my hitch.

Did not have blankets I ordered, only had 6 and I ordered 12. No help to hook up trailer, no knowledge of what size ball, etc.
Brett BThe furniture pads were not in the truck, just a dolly and cart. When returning the truck, there was no lockbox to put the keys, so we had to put the keys through the mail door to make sure the truck would not be stolen. While taking the photos of the truck during the return process, the app quit out, and then I could not get back into that portal to take the photos again, it just said the return was complete.
Timothy BThe instructions were not very clear related to the scheduled early pick-up, but once I figured out what I needed to do and completed all the tasks, there were no keys left for me in the lock box. This caused us a three hour delay in our move and inconvenienced others who were scheduled to assist in this move. Once I came back to collect the key, there was no acknowledgement of their mistake. And finally, the truck had slightly less than a half a tank of gas in it.
