Based on my own personal experiences renting U-Haul equipment over the years, I was expecting the usual callous unfriendly office atmosphere, but while not over the top professionals, the representatives here were pleasant. The online check-in that I opted for did not work very well, so I requested assistance from the inside office staff who completed the process in a helpful and timely manner. The equipment performed well and returning it was smooth and painless.
