Kelli RWorst experience of my life it is stressful moving and the owner operator was the worst experience we ever had with U-Haul she dident tell me I was being charged for being late and how much screamed at me on the phone yelling because I was late even though I called and the man who answered said nothing was booked no problem, the owner yelled at my husband because she didn’t like the way he parked the trailer and yelled for me to come out calling wifey rude rude worst never will go back there and I recommend nobody rent from them
