Piss poor location that left zero equipment I rented and charged me for it. Last time I use U-Haul. Not only is it expensive, the application sucks ass.

I picked up the U-Haul truck and noticed that it was not clean when I received it. Also, the fuel level was below half a tank, even though the documentation shows that the fuel level was at half a tank at the time of pickup. I want to make sure these issues are documented so that I am not held responsible or charged for the cleanliness or the fuel discrepancy when I return the truck. Please update the record accordingly.
Phanindra kCustomer service could have been better. Did not offer to assist or walked around to check equipment. Most U-Haul places offer to do that. Rented a 15 ft truck from 75056 to 78633, the truck had 115K on it and felt unsafe on the road. Desperately in need of front wheel alignment. Rental truck needs to be serviced.

Terrance Mavailable parking spaces to park the truck (when returning) was easy but not ideal. There were no clear indicators for where to park the truck. This could be improved (but it's relatively minor issue).
