The employees wouldn’t acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer in the store. The lady working the front desk wouldn’t speak to me as in wouldn’t even say hello when I spoke to her. The gentleman who I thought was a customer asked me was I returning? I said yes his response was give me the keys. I’ll handle it. You’ll get an email. Have a good day and that was it. This location was very rude very cold. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I would never recommend this location to anyone extremely unprofessional to the point. I wish I had some type of recording just so you guys could see how rude uninviting this location actually is I was very offended, angry and disappointed all at the same time I wouldn’t go to this location. If you offered me free rental for life, I would turn it down if it included me having to go to this location every employee in this location should be replaced
