The person that waited on me was great. My only gripe that I have is with the layout of your parking lot. I don't like stepping down from the U-Haul vehicle into landscaping and rocks. It's very tough to step out of the U-Haul vehicles onto an uneven surface. I'll likely go to another location as it's just too dangerous to step down onto plants and rocks. Kindly pull those out and redo your parking lot with flat surfaces. Thanks.

I'll be filing a complaint. I drove 8 miles and had the truck about an hour...and you charged me an after hours fee of $20? There was NEVER any mention of that. The man that was working there was less than helpful and I told him I'd be back in about 1.5 hours. He said that was fine. I will fight you thru my credit card for that $20 AND will hit every social media link plus give you a terrible review if that isn't reversed. I'll be calling headquarters immediately. FURIOUS!!!
