The facility (inside and outside) was immaculate and well organized. The gentleman who took care of me was outstanding. Friendly, welcoming and steered me in the right direction because I almost rented the wrong sized truck for what I was planning to do. He asked me a couple of questions and helped me realize that I needed to change the size of my rental so I would have a vehicle with a ramp. Check in and check out process was super simple. Thank you. If I had to give constructive feedback, here it is. Nobody walked the truck with me to check for damages during the check out or check in process or verified the ending mileage and fuel level in my presence either. I thought this was strange because I walked out of there not knowing what my final bill was going to be. This made me uncomfortable as a customer. I did get a copy of the final bill a short time later and it was 100% accurate to my mileage and I was not charged for fuel so it all worked out in the end, but still, I walked out of there wondering what my final charge was going to be. Overall, a good experience, but I would have preferred knowing my final bill before I left the property.
