I needed the ball of my hitch flipped around, the guys wanted $10 to do it, I said forget it and went home for a wrench and came back. I would have done this for free.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let pick up a little early which really helps. They helped me with some questions on the app and prepared for the return. The truck was on very good condition and the cleanest rental trucks kc I have ever used. This location has an excellent inventory and is very easy to get to. I highly recommend them.
