When I entered the business and told them I had a reservation for a trailer and the young gentleman behind the counter was looking at his phone and told me he'd help me in a few minutes- it was uncomfortable just standing by the counter waiting- as another employee was working on something behind the counter on my left. After I went through the sign up process we went to hook up trailer and no problems with that. When I returned the trailer I went inside and told the same young man I'm back and returning the trailer- he said its past six so you have to go to app or go online. I pulled up the app and tried to do the return but nothing working so I asked him again and he said he didn't know how to do the app and I said again its not working and need some help but he just said you have to use app or go online and then turned out the lights so I left and called the 800 number. I had another person returning a van help me but he couldn't figure it out either. I waited about 30 minutes until I someone from UHaul answered. They were very helpful and she could not get the app working- I even had my computer with me and tried it on that also. The gal finally said I had a ghost account and that is why it wasn't working- not sure what that means but eventually got it fixed but was on the phone with her over an hour. She was very patient and tried many options. So, I was very disappointed in the help at Bauers and the return process that took over an hour with help.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOil pressure light came on shortly after I left the lot. They did good job correcting, but added 3 miles, which they happily charged me for. They also added a fuel charge for a gallon of gas after I told them I had replaced. Only drove 14 miles and put in a little over 2 gallons of gas. If they put in a gallon, then the truck is getting 4 miles per gallon.
