Battery crank was very sluggish- should have been charged or replaced before renting again.

It was not location fault but the orginal location had truck reserved then wanted me to row trailer and when I refused because I never had and was uncomfortable they wanted to change me to 15 foot truck . I can't complain because customer service found me one and were very understanding that 2 woman didn't feel comfortable pulling trailer or bigger truck. This location went off with o problems
mary HI scheduled a different site to deliver the trailer (1031 White Creek Pike - convenient for our travel plans). When we got there to drop off the trailer, there were 3 men sitting indoors and they said they did not have any room for a trailer. However, there were lots of open spaces in the lot - i took pictures and i could have dropped it off in 5-6 different parts of the lot without a problem. Two of the men (Warren and "Chop") told me that I could not leave it there and that they would not sign it out. They gave me the name of the Main street office which was not convenient for us. The office smelled of pungent marijuana. When i got to the Main office, Nick told me that he didn't have space for a trailer either and that he had told the 1031 site earlier that day not to send him people. Nevertheless, Nick took pity on me and allowed me to leave the trailer and checked me out. So...Nick was really a life-saver and my rating for him is 5 stars. However, the overall experience was poor.
