This U-Haul dealership is what dealerships or locations should be Marty the lady in the front open the door 10 minutes early for me before opening time to get my paperwork done and get me on the road cuz she knew I was in a hurry from the second day she opened the door she was smiling to when I came back in and brought the keys a couple hours later when I brought the truck back and the young man who runs the yard there keeps those trucks spotless and is proud of his job you need more locations like this one what can you improve for the next customer you can have more locations like this one good people doing a good job I don't know how you replicate that but you damn well should try
