I am currently waiting to be refunded $199. The facility was closed when the truck was dropped off. The next morning I have a $199 charge on my bank account. I called and talked with Khan who informed me the gas tank was empty when he checked it. I sent him documentation of the gas purchased to cover the 80 miles traveled. Khan informed me it could take a week to reverse the charge, I am waiting for the reversal to show up in my account.
