My personal experience was great . Walked in . After making a reservation at that location , truck was very clean. I returned early , around 4 Friday receipt says Saturday at 7:35, guessing that’s when person checked in . Either way great service . Great price considering 1.09 gallon charge . I went about 60 miles . And the new fuel gauge is very helpful too . Easy drop off and pick up drive way too . And I parked over night to find my car still there lol so I’m happy 🫱🏽🫲🏼- Barrowmeahandyman

Sandy NExcellent support on short notice when equipment was not available at other locations. Great office staff and the yard staff helped hookup the trailer and conducted a thorough walk around with me to ensure all was correct.
Travis CI did not get the truck that I reserved for the day. They told me an hour before that they had overbooked and I did not have a truck even though I reserved 5 days in advance. Surely, they would have known this ahead of time. They did give me a 26 foot truck at the rate I reserved but it was way too big. We took it anyway because this was the only day we had to move.
