Rental was for a pick up in Sunnyvale which was "confirmed". Never got a phone call saying I needed to go to Redwood City ( (40 mile round trip instead of 2 mile round trip) Only found out needed to go to Redwood City when I went to Sunnyvale location to pick up equipment. When picking up equipment in Redwood City, employee stated he called me. I told him I never got a call nor a voice mail. Employee told me he doesn't leave voice mails.
