My truck was due for return on Tuesday, Aug 25 by 7:00 a.m. I returned the truck to TCB on Monday, Aug 24 at 4:50 p.m. only to find the gate closed and locked. Fortunately, a person was exiting the storage unit and opened the gate for me. If he had not been there I'm not sure what I would have done. I parked the truck, put my keys and paperwork in the "after hours" box and left. I called the next morning to confirm that they had seen the truck and received my paperwork. They told me that they did. I asked their hours and they said "8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m." When I received a receipt via e-mail, it showed a $20 "after hours fee" plus tax. I felt that was a bogus charge as almost every U-Haul I have ever dealt with was open until at least 5:00. I busted it to get there before 5:00 p.m. on the DAY BEFORE my truck was due and was charged an after hours fee. Very frustrating.

This review is for the moving company Taking Care of Business movers-TBK. These movers left me stranded on moving day. They arrived earlier than my scheduled time and got impatient and left before I arrived with my uhaul. The owner was in Pensacola, and although he communicated well, he wasn’t able to get replacement movers during my moving window. This was incredibly difficult to remedy since I had to scramble and find movers during the window of my uhaul rental. I would not recommend this company to anyone and uhaul needs to reevaluate having a link to this company on their site.
